Functional fitness is a fitness program that is designed to build functional strength. It combines elements of different workout styles, including weightlifting, gymnastics, cardio, and bodyweight exercises. 


Functional fitness is for everyone! We offer a variety of classes for different target demographic groups. Check out our class list to learn more.


 In a typical class, you can expect a structured, coach-led workout that includes a warm-up, skill or strength training, a high-intensity workout (known as the WOD – Workout of the Day), and a cool-down.
