Our Classes

Functional Fitness

Our functional fitness classes are for any demographic and fitness level.  These workouts include many different movements (weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics), rep schemes, loads, and time domains. Our programming strategically varies the workout stimulus so that you’re prepared for any and all physical tasks.

50+ Class

 This class is for anyone over 50 years old. In this class, we focus on mobility, strength and conditioning with relative intensity.  Our goal is to create a fun atmosphere where you can start/get back to exercise.

The Mom MVMT

 This 8-week small group program is designed to help you safely and confidently return to exercise after having a baby. Built with your postpartum recovery in mind, the program focuses on progressive strength-building, core and pelvic floor rehab, and reintroducing functional movement patterns.   

Over the course of 8 weeks, we’ll move through four key phases:

  • Weeks 1–2: Foundations & Core/Pelvic Floor Rehab
  • Weeks 3–4: Reintegration of Common Movement Patterns
  • Weeks 5–6: Building Consistency
  • Weeks 7–8: Introducing Intensity

The program is offered several times throughout the year in a small group format to ensure personalized support and guidance. Whether your goal is to return to Functional Fitness classes or simply feel stronger and more at home in your body, this program provides a safe, empowering space to rebuild strength, confidence, and connection postpartum.

StrongHer

 StrongHer is a specialized class designed to support and empower women navigating peri-menopause and menopause. This program focuses on strength training, plyometrics, and sprints—helping preserve muscle, improve bone density, and boost metabolism. Whether you’re new to fitness or have years of experience, StrongHer provides a safe, supportive environment where you can train smart, feel strong, and move with confidence through every stage of life.   This class runs every Thursday at 10:15am.

Beginners Class

Our Beginners Class is designed for anyone who is new to functional strength training or who wants to learn the fundamentals before joining regular group classes.

This is a 2 week program consisting of 4 sessions, designed to introduce the foundational movements we use in our workouts. During these sessions, you will learn proper technique and become familiar with how our classes are structured.

The goal is to help you build confidence, understand how to adjust movements to your ability, and feel comfortable stepping into group training.

This class provides a supportive, small group environment where you can ask questions, move at a manageable pace, and start building strength safely.

By the end of the program, you will have the knowledge and confidence needed to transition smoothly into our regular classes.
