Our functional fitness classes are for any demographic and fitness level. These workouts include many different movements (weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics), rep schemes, loads, and time domains. Our programming strategically varies the workout stimulus so that you’re prepared for any and all physical tasks.

This class is for anyone over 50 years old. In this class, we focus on mobility, strength and conditioning with relative intensity. Our goal is to create a fun atmosphere where you can start/get back to exercise.
